Federal Pell Grant
The Federal Pell Grant is provided by the U.S. Department of Education (USDOE). Students must complete an application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to determine eligibility. Go to www.fafsa.gov to apply online or go to the Financial Aid Office for a paper application (limited paper applications).

Florida Bright Futures Scholarship
State scholarships that may be available for graduating seniors. To learn more about each of these scholarships, go to http://www.floridastudentfinancialaid.org/SSFAD/home/uamain.htm

Florida Pre Paid College Fund
These funds are derived from contributions paid by the students' parents. Present the Florida Pre Paid College Fund I.D. card to the Business Office.

Florida Public Post Secondary Career Education Student Assistance Grant Program
State funded program for certificate seeking students. Students must demonstrate need (complete FAFSA) and meet TECO criteria for eligibility.

Florida Work Experience Program
State funded program for certificate seeking students. Students must demonstrate need (complete FAFSA) and meet TECO criteria for eligibility.

Florida Trust Fund (FTF)
State Scholarship funded from program tuition fees. Students must demonstrate need by completing the FAFSA application and meet TECO program eligibility.

Installment Contract
A contract between the student and the Business Office. Tuition and lab fees are paid in either two or three equal payments depending on the program. Student must demonstrate need by completing the FAFSA application.

Third Party Agencies
Agencies and/or employers help pay the educational expenses of a student (must present a letter to the Business Office). After the student has registered, the sponsor is billed for those expenses that are eligible.

Veterans Educational Benefits
The Bureau of State Approving Agency for Veterans will direct the Veterans with disabilities to Vocational Rehabilitation for assistance in attending training programs.

Vocational Rehabilitation
Provides assistance for individuals who have disabilities that prevent employment. The Vocational Rehabilitation Agency determines eligibility.

Workforce Central Florida
Provide locally planned job training and placement services for individuals who are unemployed or underemployed. Student must meet with the Workforce Central Florida Counselor to determine eligibility.
