Lodging Operations (Hotel & Resort Business Management)

The lodging operations program prepares students to succeed in front desk customer service and management positions in a variety of hotel and resort properties. Students will learn in a simulated hotel room and front desk environment leading to hands on learning in a variety of customer service hospitality positions.
