Part-time Barbering classes are available for evening sessions only.

The Barbering program prepares students for employment as barbers with content that includes; communication: skills, leadership skills, human relations skills, employability skills, and safe an efficient work practices. 

Program Mission

The Barbering program prepares students with the insight, expertise, and attitude to gain entry-level employment as a barber.

Perform Trimming/Shaping Hair (Cutting)
Perform Mustache, Beard Design & Shaving
Perform Basic Skin Care and Grooming
Perform Hair styling: Sculpting, Rollers & Fingerwaves
Hair Pieces, Wigs & Hair Attachments
Perform Hair Coloring Techniques & Scalp Treatment
Wave/Reconstruction, Curl/Chemical Relaxing Chemical Process)
Leadership, Human Relations & Employability skills
Safe and efficient work practices
